Order processe
Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt.
Hours of operation: 9AM -6 PM PT Monday through Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday and legal holidays.

If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.
Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties.
Ituner will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines.

How much time do you need to process my order before it is shipped?
Normally, your order will be shipped within two business days if the items are in stock and there are no payment verification issues. Computer peripherals and software usually ship the same business day if the order is placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Computer systems will need 3-5 additional working days to ship. We will do its best to ensure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing / shipping address or credit card information. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or observed holidays.

Refused Orders
Refused shipments are subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges.
