Tiny4412 is a high-performance quad-core Cortex-A9 core board, from CoreWind design, production and distribution sales. It uses Samsung Exynos4412 as the main processor, running at up to 1.5GHz. Tiny4412 Contain one CPU board(CM-Tiny4412) and one base board(Tiny4412SDK).
The CPU board(CM-Tiny4412) use a 2.0mm pitch double-pin (P1, P2, P3, P4) that lead out 208Pin, which size is 74x55mm. It comes standard with 1GB DDR2 memory and 4GB of high performance eMMC flash (optional 8/16/32GB eMMC Flash).
The Tiny4412SDK is the Base Board for the Tiny4412 CPU board, it comes with a variety of common standard interfaces, such as HDMI output, USB Host, SD card, DB9 serial port, RJ-45 Ethernet port, audio input and output ports, as well as some of the on-board resources testing devices such as EEPROM, buzzer, keypad, GPIO ports, SDIO ports, etc.

The Base Board Feature(Tiny4412SDK)

The interface define for Tiny4412SDK is as follow, the current version is Tiny4412SDK 1306.
  • Three LCD interfaces: One 40-pin 0.5mm-pitch chip blocks, a 45-pin interface supporting capacitive touchscreens, and a 44-pad interface; displays from 3.5" to 19" are supported
  • HDMI 1.4a Output, Support MPEG-4/H.263/H.264 format and 1080P@30fps HD play.
  • Audio input and output using the WM8960 professional audio chip (3.5mm audio input and output jacks on board), containing Class D amplifier and on-board microphone;
  • RJ45 Ethernet port using DM9621, 10/100M adaptive
  • Four serial ports, two of them converted to RS232 and lead through DB9 connectors (COM0, COM3); TTL level available through the CON1, 2, 3, 4 blocks
  • One USB HOST 2.0 interface
  • mini-USB Device port, USB 2.0 specification
  • CPLD Expand chips support
  • RTC clock with a battery backup (battery may or may not be included depending on international mailing restrictions)
  • G-sensor (so you can have automatic vertical/horizontal display switching)
  • SDIO interface: used to connect an SD WiFi module
